There is a margin of error available you can work with in all the stunts, but in some of them it's quite small. Avoid them if possible, unless you are far into the run and believe you can still make it with the penalty. You can use as many rewinds as you like, but you will receive some seconds docked as a penalty. Precision is the name of the game here, followed by speed. Most last about a total of one or two minutes. If you haven't finished once the clock runs out, you'll have to try again from the start.
